Class: WordPress SEO Class
What Is SEO?
SEO is an acronym for “search engine optimization” or “search engine optimizer.”
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine’s “natural” or un-paid (“organic”) search results. In general, the earlier (or higher ranked on the search results page), and more frequently a site appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine’s users.
WordPress comes with the best built in SEO (in my opinion) compared to other platforms for building websites, however, you can always improve upon this and make your site better to attract more visitors.
In this WordPress SEO Class, you will learn about SEO, and the steps to a Google friendly site. Plus, at each stage of the class, you will learn about the relevant WordPress plugin, and we will walk you through the installation and configuration of the WordPress plugins.
